Brody

About a month ago we just stopped putting the stroller in the car when we went out with the boys. We would usually hold their hands and let them walk into the store (library, museum) and then put them in a cart or watch them in the contained area. This was ok for most situations, but not for walking around a mall and not for walking from the car to the place when only one adult is present. So we got money leashes. They look like this. They are Brody's favorite thing. He likes to kiss the monkey right before I put it on and right before I take it off. They are my favorite things too because now I can take my kids out by myself again with relative ease. (We have the trailer hitch for the runabout, but it's such a pain in the toosh to attach and remove and reattach that thing!) Plus, the kids love the moneys and the freedom it gives them. They are still good at holding hands on the way in and on the way back from wherever it is that we're going.
